Prospective applicants may apply for Grenadian citizenship while investing in the condominium title of one of these limited-release units without the onus of holding costs or capital calls. These owners will be bound to hold the property for a minimum period of five years from completion, after which the Company intends to sell the ongoing business and distribute the proceeds to the investors. Grenada prides itself on its pristine beaches and crystal-clear, turquoise waters. Swimming, snorkeling and diving within the reefs shielding the islands are spectacular. These diving waters with a vast array of marine life also hold fascinating shipwrecks to explore. There is fine game fishing around the island for marlin, tuna and sailfish. Almost one quarter of Granada’s terrain is preserved as national parkland or wildlife sanctuaries. The land rises steeply from the coast to a peak of almost 900 m covered with extensive tropical rainforests. There are cascading mountain streams, carpets of sweet-scented wild lilies, and waterfalls tumbling down into perfectly formed, natural bathing pools. Mango, avocado, papaya and coconut trees grow in profusion along the trails.
With an average temperature of around 28 °C, the island’s delights can be enjoyed throughout the year.
